Affirmations for my enemies 🤫

I don’t meditate on the wrong people have done to me; but I also don’t excuse it. 

I have grace for others.


I do not hold grudges.

I forgive people that hold grudges against me. 


I don’t hate people just because they hate me.

I allow people to have their opinions. 

I keep an open space in my heart for my enemies.


I do not harbor ill will toward others.

I do not speak ill about others. 


I forgive people even when they don’t think they need to be forgiven.

I forgive people who label my good intentions as bad. 


I free myself by freeing others.


So it is and amen.

I tend to let circumstances affect my mood. It’s natural. At my core: I am human. However, if I don’t install updates regularly, I can allow circumstances to affect what I think and what I speak. If I believe in the power of the tongue like I say I do, I can't speak discouragement EVEN if I am actually, really discouraged 🫤.  These affirmations are for times when I need to pause, recalibrate, and control my tongue 👅 . I speak good things over myself. I speak good things over people when they are around me and when they aren't.  I guard what I say.  I guard my gates.  When I feel too weak to tame my own tongue I rely on the Holy Spirit to help me.  I am wise with my words. I think before I speak.  I allow my emotions to guide my words, but they don't make the final decision. So it is.

Affirmations for Mistakes 😣 My mistakes don't make me a mistake. I don't dwell in mistakes. I don't determine my worth on how many mistakes I make or the type of mistakes I make. I own my mistakes. I acknowledge them, recognize them, learn from them, and move on. I don't carry the weight of my mistakes. I use mistakes to make me stronger. I use mistakes to make me better.  So I am not afraid to step out of my comfort zone for fear of making mistakes. So it is.

I am broken. I have healed.   I am healing.   I am all these things.  And I extend grace to each of these versions of myself.  I have come a long way.  And I am full of gratitude when I reflect on my journey.  My growth is timely.  I don’t focus on perfecting myself.  I let God and time do the work.  I’m good when I have people in my life who understand and support me.  And I’m good when I don’t.  Because I am broken. I have healed.  I am healing.  And I am all these things.  So I extend grace to each of these versions of myself.
